my neighbor keeps coughing, i can hear it, intermittently, both day and night... i fear he might be mutating or something, it just doesnt stop, its been several days now, weeks maybe? coughs and coughs, even in the early morning, so this neighbor isnt even sleeping, he/she (i dont even know, it kind of sounds like a feminine voice though) remains awake or wakes up and coughs and coughs
