I need to be hired as a full timer because I specifically need health benefits because I turn 26 soon. How do I get hired full time at McD

Literally turn in the application and show up to work. That's all you have to do.

Yeah but I need full time. I have been burned by part time jobs that ask for 5 hours or so a week. I am willing to work 40 hours a week but it is vital that I get those sweet sweet health bennies

they may not hire you full time because that is what migrants and students are for (who are cheaper and easier to control by the manager) compared to full grown adults.
im quite sure that adults over 21+ may need to be paid more than people under this age in many countries according to different legislation.

why not just learn 2 code, then create a front end for esteban and he will pay you $5k usd. if you do get a job then you should still be learning to code so you can contribute to plebbit which is the future of decentralized social medias.
