Please, don't look at the eclipse. Don't look at this eclipse or any other, not even with glasses, and certainly not with the ones some governments are giving away, because the danger is truly great. All ancient civilizations feared eclipses, and with good reason. No ancient civilization was unaware of this. And you might say, "Well, it's a natural phenomenon." Yes, of course, there are natural phenomena like lightning, but you don't expose yourself to lightning, right? Well, ancient civilizations always knew that the organic effects produced by eclipses are negative, they are harmful. So please, don't look at it. In the past, dozens of megalithic astronomical observatories were built. These all had a wide variety of functions but one they all shared was predicting the appearance of eclipses. Why? Because they knew that eclipses have negative effects on all higher organisms: plants, animals, and people. There is a change in the wavelengths, a change in the light, and this change is not benefical to living beings. They were not unaware of these things because they lived connected to nature much more than we do. They knew much more about nature than we do. Therefore, they always knew that eclipses are dangerous, always harmful, and they always feared them, as I say, with very good reason. Today we know more. There are changes in the atmosphere, electromagnetic changes that affect people, animals, and plants. And none of the eclipses generate positive, beneficial effects. They all generate negative, harmful effects. There are reports, many reports, even of people who have looked at eclipses with glasses and suffered retinal burns; they have had many problems and organic problems that are reported afterward. So please, half an hour before any eclipse begins, go indoors, relax, and check the time. Don't go outside until half an hour after the eclipse has completely passed and ended. The responsibility is yours.
