Donating blood is the only known way to get rid of PFAS (that is per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances fyi, fyi stands for "for your information") already in your body. You should donate blood as often as you can to get rid of PFAS. There's no other way, unfortunately. It's sad, took us centuries to develop our science and medicine, and now we're back to bloodletting. Truly we went full circle.
