I am honestly of the belief stuff is mostly determined by genes, like maybe someone gets to 6’3 under shit conditions, they would have been 6’5 if they had an optimal childhood nutrition wise, but it’s not like they’d be 5’7, I think poor lifestyle accounts for some changes but not massive dramatic differences in outcomes. Same thing for hair, etc., etc.
