I'd be in favor of using death row inmates as test subjects for life-threatening experiments and just to prevent faggot human rights activists from screeching, because they would CERTAINLY screech, it could be done in a voluntary and contractual way. The inmate knows he's getting executed, so he's given the chance to sign a contract agreeing to be a test subject in exchange of, for example, getting life sentence instead of the death penalty, should he survive the experiment.
