SOME BOOMER just asked me to buy a hoise for 3000 U S demon dollers. The pillar for subfloor rotted then the floor collapsed for 3 rooms. He said just put a new one in there. I hat should i Do about it? Should i just buy that pile of garbage or what. I went in there and theres a cat living in there it look at me and then ran away

Uhh i dont know. I took it as a good sign since nothing bothered the cat so it musnt be too creepy. Also the next door grandma appRently was pretending to do work in the yard to see why such a hand some feller such as my self is doing in the area. So i tried to Not look suspicious. I thought she wpuld call The sheriff since nobody loves there. May be i should buy it if i Buy some thing just mt good looks can sky rocket the price

Just the front door. Well If i fix the floor who knows what those homos want for that. But if there is no leaks Repair can Go slowly to not pay a lot at once. You have to be nuts even to consider it, but the price is right
