Gently reminder that sleeping is being healthy and fit, as it is essential for physical and mental restoration, while a lack of sleep is linked to many issues, including accelerated aging, leading to an early death. >Lack of sleep shortens your telomeres, the caps at the end of your DNA. Sleeping is one of the most important things you can do for your health and longevity. So how much do you sleep? An average of 7-8 hours seems to be ideal.

I try to sleep 8-9 hours most of the time. >lack of sleep is linked to many issues, including accelerated aging, leading to an early death. >Lack of sleep shortens your telomeres, the caps at the end of your DNA. ok but it's an obsession. this obsession with health and limiting any sort of self-destruction is retarded. it's what that absolute midwit Bryan Johnson keeps doing propaganda for. Reducing pain 100% of the time is gay and retarded. It makes you weak, destroys your resilience. Study hormesis. Also I suspect it's unnatural, there's a reason why your body feels like staying awake sometimes, do erratic things, not follow rules, do an all-nighter, drink some alcohol, smoke or whatever. Sometimes your body feels the need to self-destruct, to get stronger. The mistake is to not listen to your body, either by limiting stress 99% of the time like that fag Johnson, or by stressing yourself way too much (or even 99% of the time) like junkies do (who are also fags).
